New President of the Inner Wheel Club Savinja–Šalek Region: Klavdija Sitar! 🌸

On Thursday, June 12, 2025, the members of the Inner Wheel Club Savinja–Šalek Region gathered for their annual assembly. The club is part of the international Inner Wheel organization, which unites women in the spirit of friendship, volunteerism, and humanitarian work. 🤝✨

Among the club’s traditional events is the charity gathering “A Day for Me”, held at Komenda Castle in Polzela, as well as this year’s new event – a charity dance evening with the renowned DJ De Xenia. 💃🎶

During the assembly, outgoing president Tatjana Žgank Meža presented donations of 1,000 EUR each to:💝 Društvo prijateljev mladine Žalec (Friends of Youth Association Žalec)💝 Materinski dom Žalec in Mozirje (Mother’s Shelter Žalec and Mozirje)💝 Rotaract Club Celje

In her address, Tatjana highlighted the importance of collective effort and cooperation among all members for the benefit of the community. The event was filled with emotion, gratitude, and optimism for the club’s present and future projects. 🌼

At the end of the meeting, leadership of the club was officially passed on to Klavdija Sitar, a dedicated member from Polzela, who will continue guiding the club’s mission of compassion and service. 💫
